Heavenly Greek Marinade

Lemon, garlic and oregano give this marinade some Greek flair.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 tsp Lemon Zest grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all and use as marinade. Discard after use.
